We are seeking a Case Manager to provide technical support on Moodle functionality and work with clients and our internal team to resolve various issues.

Job Duties :

  • Troubleshoot Moodle activities and provide insight on problems
  • Find or write directions on Moodle Administration functions
  • Coordinate work with clients and Technicians
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet client’s needs
  • Work with clients to achieve acceptable resolution given policy and procedure
  • Document bug findings with moodle.org and in our internal system
  • Perform case work to meet our Service Level Agreement


  • Problem solving and decision making; able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions.
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrates ability and willingness to listen and learn
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Moodle Administration
  • Familiar with web server technology

  • Knowledge: Moodle Administration functions and activities
  • Project Management

Account Executive, US Corporate

Job Summary

Remote-Learner is seeking an experienced professional to help drive our Corporate Market sales objectives. You will represent Remote-Learner’s complete solution set in those markets by building long-term client relationships and coordinating account and sales strategies. The Account Executive’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to net new and existing Remote-Learner clients.   A successful Account Executive will be an expert on their client’s strategic plans, financial objectives, key stakeholders at all levels, purchasing and contract management processes.  This is an individual contributor position appropriate for an experienced technology sales professional who possesses excellent poise and communication skills.


  • Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas;
  • Must be hunter.  Winning new accounts is top priority;
  • Building account strategies and plans for target accounts;
  • Coordinating across solutions architects, Product Management, Support, Learning Solutions and other Remote-Learner resources at appropriate stages in the sales cycle to advance the sales process;
  • Building and maintaining accurate and timely pipeline and forecast data using Salesforce;
  • Playing an active role in the RFP process;
  • Staying up to date, informed and conversant in industry and market trends;
  • Expanding account relationships by building relationships at multiple levels;
  • Becoming a trusted, value added partner to clients and prospects building awareness and demand for Remote-Learner services and products;


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Proven knowledge of the Corporate learning/HR/compliance/talent development markets
  • At least 5 years in strategic selling and relationship management; enterprise, solution or technical sales experience required;
  • Established track record of exceeding quotas;
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills;
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales productivity tools;
  • Strong business acumen, financial, analytical and quantitative skills;

Additional Details:

  • This is a remote based position;
  • At least 50% travel expected;
