We design and deliver tailored, fully integrated digital learning environments that drive impact.
Why Work With Us?
We unlock the potential of technology to improve lives through learning — one individual and one organization at a time. First, we listen. Then, we design and develop a fully integrated digital learning environment in which each detail has an explicit purpose.
Every digital learning environment should be engaging and adaptable, and deliver results that make a positive impact. If your learners are constantly evolving, then your learning platform should too.
Common DLE Elements
We create Digital Learning Environments (DLEs) that are engaging and dependable, with each detail conceived from a sense of purpose and an understanding of our clients’ needs. We employ a mix of open-source and licensed enterprise tools, constantly evolving our skills with the needs of the market.
Learning and Training
At the center of our Digital Learning Environments (DLE) are the option of two distinct Learning Management System (LMS) platforms. Moodle™ is an open source LMS built by educators and supported by one of the largest open source teams in the world. The other is Totara Learn, a powerful open source talent and learning management system that develops, manages, and connects your people. Both platforms ofter a suite of add-on features and functionality that can be configured to meet the unique requirements of your organization, while remaining secure and scalable.
No LMS is an island unto itself. We support multiple single sign-on (SSO) options like Google, Gmail, Facebook, LinkedIn, SAML, ADFS, OKTA, LDAP as well as more robust integrations to HRIS, SIS, CRM, WordPress, Google Drive, Microsoft Office 365, and various eCommerce platforms. Through the use of the Lingk platform our teams can create API integrations in a smart and fast way to sync your student, employee and customer lifecycle data to a variety of platforms.
Data and Analytics
Capturing quality data and turning it into information is a critical element of every solution. Since built-in standard reporting isn’t always enough to meet the unique needs of every organization, we can extend the LMS’s ability to provide meaning to the metrics that matter most to your organization. For powerful reporting and analytics that offer point-and-click access to additional pre-configured reports, graphs, and charts, we integrate with the Intelliboard platform. If you need to dive deeper into your data through ad-hoc reporting Zoola is our tool of choice, providing an analytics platform with complete and secure access to your LMS data in the form of intuitive reports, dashboards, and embedded visualizations, with automatic delivery to key stakeholders.
A solid content strategy requires a mix of tools and resources. We provide the right combination to support your needs: open resources such as YouTube and TEDTalks; standards-compliant content in SCORM, xAPI, or LTI formats; third party content, such as Open Sesame; and build your own content with robust built-in authoring tools. Video is a popular element of content many content strategies. Our featured video partner is ilos, a cloud video platform for organizations who need to easily record, edit, host, and share close-caption video content across multiple platforms. The solution enables users to record video content on various devices, edit via a cloud-based editor, and backup the content on the cloud server. It also allows users to track the performance of video content using analytics, trackable links, and viewer history. We also partner with Kaltura. This platform centralizes media collections from across your organization by offering a fully-featured “Corporate YouTube” experience. The video platform allows users to create, edit, share and stream multimedia (including video, images, audio, PDF, and SWF files).
Social learning is a core component of a DLE and warrants its own strategy level discussion. We partner with Mahara to provide an ePortfolio application, and with Totara to deliver Enterprise Social Networks (ESN) with Totara Social. Additionally, we integrate with most web conferencing tools including Adobe, Webex, GoToMeeting, BigBlueButton, and Zoom to provide additional ways for learners to connect. Have a favorite social tool used in your organization? Let us know, and we can create an integration that links that tool into your DLE.
From fully custom themes to configurable environments like R-L’s Altitude Theme, it is critical to never underestimate the importance of good design. We take great care to design the full solution and not just your LMS. So whether you are looking for site design and strategy advice or day-to-day admin services, we offer a suite of Managed Services to ensure the best user experience possible to meet the needs of all your users, including admins, teachers and of course learners. For those preferring a more self-serve option, we provide robust training, documentation, downloadable resources and regular webinars via our Learning Spaces portal.
