Truly having an impact requires that we understand, at a fundamental level, what drives an organization and what that organization is trying to achieve. Whether working with clients, partners, or members of the communities we serve, our team is passionate in pursuit of that understanding. This is how we deliver meaningful, effective solutions.

Client Impact Stories
No two solutions are the same.
Each solution is defined by the problems that it solves.
Working from proven processes, we approach each problem with an open mind and an understanding that iteration and adaptability will allow the right solution to emerge. We build the right solutions, not our “only” solution.

“Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own.”

Birth of R-L Giving Program
When I took the helm of Remote-Learner, I met with each team member, one-on-one, to understand the life’s blood of the organization. Through those meetings, it was clear that I had a team of remarkable individuals who have come together with a shared desire to help others — each other, our communities, and the organizations that we serve. In 2016, we formed the R-L Giving Program, an employee-led, company-wide suite of giving initiatives with the purpose of extending the impact of our individual and collective works and generosity of time and spirit.
